These are highly customizable bed clips for the Wanhao Duplicator 6 / Monoprice Maker Ultimate. The bottom piece bolts to the bottom of the bed using 3mmx6mm machine screws. The original screws are not long enough, so you'll need longer ones. How long depends on how you customize the part, but the default settings work very well with 3mmx8mm screws with the original cardboard washer. <hr> <b>EDIT 2/6/2018 IMPORTANT:</b> Noticed an error in my config file, in the section that generates the magnet holder wall thickness. I failed to multiply the wall thickness by 2 resulting in a wall that is 1/2 the desired thickness. It is fixed in the current version of both the scad files and the STL files. <hr> These solve the problem of holding down a glass print bed and thermal material while still clearing even the most bulky fan ducts, and also allow for easy removal. They are also self-aligning. They will work with either 2 corner or 4 corner placement. Defaults in the config file are set for the 5/16" x 5/64" neodymium rare earth magnets from Harbor Freight. (Item number 67488). The uploaded STL files also use these settings. STL Files are set for a 9.5mm total bed thickness. This includes the stock metal build plate plus a .5mm thermal pad and a 3mm borosilicate glass sheet. The original build surface is NOT included. I removed that sheet before applying glass to my printer. All three SCAD files are necessary to print a complete set. All customization should be done in the clips-config.scad file Print settings don't matter too much. Lower layer heights will obviously produce a more precise fit for the magnets.
