Hexagonal parts bins that are magnetized both on the sides and bottom so that they'll snap together. A variety of options for the bins to accommodate a variety of parts.

Print Settings

15% infill

3 parimeters

.2mm layer height

BOM

6x3mm round neodymium magnets (12 per bin, or you can use less and fill the holes with included plugs)

12x6x3mm rectangular neodymium magnets. (you can use smaller/thinner magnets if you want less attraction.)

Filament

You can use any filament you want, but I've used a mix of Prusament and Fillamentum ASAs because of its high glass transition temperature in case I want to put a cooling soldering iron tip in one.

Assembly

For the side magnets, put a small drop of superglue in the hole and insert the magnets, being sure to be mindful of the orientation, as seen below:

For the magnets on the bottom, use a small amount of super glue and press them into place. It's a snug fit, so a pair of parallel pliers can be helpful.
