These 3D parts are for a Magnetic Lever Pendulum Electric Generator. This idea involves using a lever and fulcrum to move a large mass of permanent magnets. The lever, fulcrum and magnets are arranged into a pendulum configuration. The lever and fulcrum provide a mechanical advantage to move a large weight of magnets. All of this arranged into a pendulum configuration has the added advantage of gravity assisting the movement during the pendulum swing. The lever part is arranged as a scotch yoke with a wheel with a pin installed in it being turned by a motor. As the wheel spins the pin moves up and down through the notch of the scotch yoke moving the pendulum back and forth. These 3D parts have holes 1/2 inch in diameter with a thickness of 1/2 inch for a set of 4 circular magnets. The fulcrum point was designed to fit a 608z size skate bearing. A set of magnet wire coils would be placed so the magnets would swing back and forth through them to generate electricity. These 3D parts was designed using the free software package eMachineShop.
