Magnetic Mono Arm Shifter for Sim Racing

Here's my attempt at designing a magnetic mono paddle shifter for sim racing. You'll need some 8x5mm magnets, an m3 screw about 40mm long, and two microswitches. There are 4 m3 mounting holes This is my first design, so there's probably a load of stuff wrong with it, but drop a comment and let me know how things go if you choose to try this. I've included the step files if you want to change anything about the design, like the magnet sizes, or the shifter lever.
