Magnetic Paddle Mod for Fanatec ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula (V2)

Of course there are several other Mag-Shifter Mods out there, but one of the main issues i had with them: They all relied on glueing magnets to the plastic. Which i think is neither nice to look at, nor very long term stable. Since these parts are slapping onto each other several hundred times during, even semi short, racing sessions.

That's why i decided to design a version with enclosed magnets.
After some testing on my own, here is a first version - a public beta, if you'd like to say.

So again, if you have anything that's not working quite right, please let me know in the comment section! Thanks a lot.
The mod "should" fit all Formula Wheels from Fanatec, as far as i could figure from pictures, but i designed it using a Formula V2. Also it looks like it should fit all "Universal Hub" Shifters, but again, feedback is required.

Print instructions

Materials needed:

Neodym Magnets
Caves are 10x4mm
i.E.: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07SLF5G8W/ (most currently used for stronger attraction)
or: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B071HL2D5R
or: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B06X977K8L

4pcs M3 x 10 screws and washers
These replace the ones on the paddles
The paddle ones are used to attach the MountMod to the Wheel)

~20g Material

Notes:

V5: 0.1 or 0.15mm layerheight

V3: or higher: 0.1mm layerheight

V2: 0.1 or 0.2mm layerheight

No supports

if needed Skirt or Brim

~1.5mm (or more) Walls & Top/Bottom

15-25% Grid Infill

Insert a Pause instruction to insert the Magnets
(V2: 4.4mm; V3: 4.2mm or according Layer#)

IMPORTANT:

Watch for the orientation when adding them Make sure they don't stick out of the caves to avoid nozzle crashes.

Orientation suggestion:

N on top in the mounts, S on top in the paddles.
0,1mm Layers should be best, to have some cross pattern material below the magnets.

It's only 0,4mm material on the bottom. (even 0,2mm in V3 Version) I chose to add a 3mm brim to avoid any warping from the build plate. But if you are confident your stuff sticks well, even with thick bottom and rounded edges, feel free to head for Skirt or none. You shouldn't do "raft" since the faces facing down will be making contact together, once assembled to the wheel.

Print the desired Mount- and PaddleMod twice, of course.

Post-Printing

Assembly on the Wheel

BE CAREFULL: DO NOT overtighten the tiny screews OR misalign them with your wheels' holes You might damage the threads on your Wheel permanently!

Remove the paddles

Add MountMod to the back of the Wheel using the two screews of the paddles, without the larger washer (keep spring ring on the screw)
Let them be slightly loose, so you can adjust them with a little force after the Paddle is in place

Let the PaddleMod click into position

Add the Paddle and mount it, including PaddleMod to the Wheel again using the additional M3x10mm screews and washers

Adjust the MountMods to line up "perfectly" and fixate it in its final position

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/embed/3JWODunQdlI"></oembed>

Development

ToDo List

As far as i can tell this should also fit Universal Hubs (and therefor various Console Rims), could somebody test and confirm this, please?
