Magnetic Paddle Shifters for Accuforce steering wheel button box. This is a bolt on/drop in replacement for the torsion spring paddle shifters. Simply print the parts, install the Neodymium magnets. Use the existing three screws from the button box back plate to attach the magnetic shifter backplate. Then transfer the set screws, bushings, and paddles from the original paddle levers onto the printed lever. Slowly screw the set screws into the printed levers to create the threads as you're screwing the set screws in. No modifications necessary to any of the original button box parts. Neodymium magnets are 12mm x 3mm and were purchased at a local big box store. I used a few drops of super glue to help secure the magnets but the magnets already fit pretty snug into the recesses. This is a work in progress and the setup has not been thoroughly tested. I have been using them for a few days now and do not have any issues so far. Note: do not use the torsion springs any longer with the magnetic levers. I think this is pretty self explanatory but wanted to make sure I said it.
