Magnetic Shifters for Sparco R383 2/3 magnets are needed (8mmx5mm) per paddle I recommend using the highest magnetic power ones you can find for a better feel and faster return of the paddle, Use a strip of double-sided duct tape to stick it to the wheel. Be careful to remove the warranty strip before attaching the mod. There's a version with 2 holes, a version with 3 holes, and a version with no holes if you wanna make your own holes for bigger magnets, but honestly, I don't think going any bigger makes any difference. This was a mod I made because I can only find paid ones for this mod, and so I decided to share I so that you don't have to pay ;) Hugs and Kisses
