This charger stand is designed to securely hold your iPhone in place using MagSafe technology, allowing it to appear floating in the air for a sleek and modern look on your desktop. The adjustable rotating arm also allows you to charge your AirPods when in the horizontal position, making it a versatile and convenient charging station for all your devices. To assemble the charger stand, you will need: - A 2020 aluminum extruded beam (cut to ~15cm, up to preference) - One M5 25mm machine screw and nut - One pair of sliding T nuts and screws https://www.amazon.com/Sliding-Aluminum-Extrusion-Profile-Sereis/dp/B08D76VK5Q - Two-sided 3M mounting tape Step 1: Print all 3 pieces using your 3D printer. I chose 0.15 layer height for added detail. Step 2: Insert the aluminum extruded beam into the base of the stand, securing it with the sliding nut and screw through the hole in the back. Step 3: Attach the MagSafe charger to the top of the flat charger piece using the 3M tape. Then attach the charger to the arm with the M5 screw by inserting the nut into the hex-shaped hole. Make sure that the arm is securely attached and can rotate smoothly based on the tightness of the screw. Step 4: Press fit the charging arm assembly onto the top of the beam. Step 5: Route your MagSafe charger wire through to the base of the stand, and plug it into a power source. Step 6: Place your iPhone or AirPods on the stand in the desired position.
