I Made this to attach to the side of my mail box and the trip goes on the door of a standard mail box. when the box is opened it allows the flag to drop down and you can see if someone had opened your mailbox from the comfort of your house. Mine was designed for the recessed door on my mailbox, this design is for a flush fitting front door flap. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 mm Infill: 25% Notes: I used Black and Red ABS, The black for the housing and door trip and the red for the flag. Post-Printing Parts needed You will need one round 7mm by 4mm magnet and two self tapping flathead screws. a short flathead screw goes in the end of the flag and a longer one is needed to go through the housing for the flag to pivot on. The magnet goes in the recessed hole in the door trip. Use automotive 3M double sided tape to attach parts to the mailbox.
