I purchased some extremely cheap office chairs (~$20 each) from Walmart last year (Mainstays brand). The back rest brackets were very poorly made and have started to break, so I whipped up a replacement. Instructions I printed this one in black ABS, 0.3mm, two perimeters, and support enabled (for the overhang inside the bolt holes. Unfortunately, I chose 10% infill, and quite high print speed, so it turned out pretty fragile. I'd suggest using 30 or 40% infill, and maybe more perimeters (3 or 4) for a stronger part.
