Maker bot Dual Filament holder replacement (fits in original spacing)

have you got one of those ctc maker bot dual printers did your filament holder come just a little bit to big for the usual reprap style filaments here is a replacement one that should work and fit in the same hole as the last one so no need for anything else (drills etc) am printing it as we speak will let you no how i go :) will also be adding a sleave for the filament to sit on dont forget to lookup http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:272472 also check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:274873 V2 IS HERE PLEASE DELETE OLD FILES AVG cost for everything (but bolt ) is 78c aud (10% infill) smaller bolt 1.70 @100% infill laarger bolt 1.80 @100% infill the .x3g file is setup for PLA not ABS if you wish to use the gcode for pla please change line 28 and 29 to match your preferred temps (generated with slicer 9.10b and my usual settings available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:274873 thelines you need to change are M109 S110 T0 (set HBP temperature) M104 S225 T0 (set extruder temperature) (temp updated by printOMatic) Instructions for each side you will need 1x 21mm to 24mm by 110mm washer (sheathe) or 1x 21 to 25mm by 110mm sheathe (prefered stronger) 1x 30mm to 22mm washer for makerbot dual (a little sanding may be required to fit ) 2x 45mm to 22mm washer for makerbot dual (optional) 2x 21mm nut suit 20mm bolt (clean fully) either 1x 20mm by 130mm bolt or 1x20mm by 140mm bolt (prefered as i havnt checked the new lengths i just added 3cm to the bolt should be fine as i made the nuts smaller and only added 1.5cm to the sheathe i had tried) TO CLEAN THE BOLT JUST THREAD ON THE CLEANED NUT UNTIL ITS AT THE BOTTOM THEN REMOVE SAVE THE HAND USE A SHIRT ETC USE 100% INFILL FOR BOLTS USE SUPPORT FOR THE BOLT AND NUTS instalation goes insert 30mm to 22mm washer into the space from the old filament holder (should fit just sand a little if not) thread on larger washer insert into hole thread on nut place on sheathe add filament add last nut and tighten no plumbers tape needed this time
