50mm Radial Fan (snail fan) adapter for Monoprice/Wanhao Maker Select Extruder cooling. -the stock 40mm Axial heatsink fan is weak. Inadequate extruder cooling can be a problem, especially if using an upgraded all-metal hotend. Needs more cooling to avoid heat-creep traveling up the filament and jamming the extruder! This heatsink duct converts it to use a 50x50x15mm snail fan. -Compatible with popular Z-Brace Frame mod.- -Compatible with popular 'Diicooler' hotend cooling mod.- A similar concept exists here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2060590 However that one mounts the fan to the side of the head and would collide with Z-Brace Kits. As that particular thing does not allow remixes, I had to create my own model from scratch. Mine mounts the fan out front, to avoid collision with Z-Braces.
