The clip is engineered to integrate with existing tube clips, effectively holding tubes in place. Tubes will also stay securely within actual extruders due to increased pressure when inserted. Although the electrical wire clip was concealed, it was never used as its purpose was unknown; however, no issues arose from this oversight. The height of the holder measures 22.86 mm and the pin's height is 30.48 mm. Print settings for optimal results are: MakerBot Replicator 2X printer, resolution at .2 mm, infill set to 25%, and rafts or supports not necessary. To assemble, unload filament from each extruder, insert tubes fully into new guide piece, position guide and tubes in the original clip slot, then push tubes into clips. Insert pin after gently repositioning electrical wires and leaning tubes slightly for a secure fit. Once in place, the assembly will likely remain intact with minimal need for adjustment. Finally, feed filament through the small hole at the bottom of the clip to ensure stress-free printing. If any issues arise during assembly, leave a comment; a video walkthrough may be uploaded if requested.
