While some people like the Replicator+ fancy flexy bed, I can't go past a nice glass print surface! Maybe I'm old school or something :P I wanted to get my Rep+ printing on glass, while still being able to swap back to the standard bed while necessary, and so I designed this! What we have here is a two-part solution, though you'll need to print a few of each. There's a carriage adaptor element that fits snugly into the mounting points on the Rep+ bed, and a bed mount that you'll want to glue to your actual glass build plate. How many sets you actually use is up to you, but you probably don't need to fill all the holes on the printer! It's a bit more justified with a flexible bed that needs to be kept flat, but less necessary when you have a rigid piece of glass. The texture on the bed mounts allows adhesive to be applied without it squishing out the sides. This is important as you'll probably want to assemble all this in place on the printer, and you don't want glue going everywhere. I used a two-part epoxy, but really, anything will do given that it's a cold build plate! Now, the Replicator+ is not really a modders' machine, by design, so you'll want to be careful about how you approach all this, especially with regard to Z calibration and such. I'm not sure I've quite got it all figured out yet, and I'm still using the original bed for calibration, and adjusting my brackets from there. Note that you can scale the bed mounts thicker or thinner to suit the glass you might be using, and to fine-tune the z-offset if necessary (though that's a pretty time-consuming way to tweak an offset!)
