This is a camera mount that clips to the top of your MakerBot and provides a standard 1/4"-20 threaded nut to attatch camera equipment too. I use it to mount an iPhone in so I can shoot time lapse of things printing. Here's a time lapse of this thing being printed: https://vimeo.com/77296420 Filmed using Lightspeed for iPhone. Instructions For the print you see in the pictures, I sliced it using skeinforge with the following settings: 0.1mm layer height 1 extra shell (2 walls total) 15% fill ratio To assemble: Insert a plain 1/4"-20 nut into the cavity on the side of the clip, then slide the retaining clip in after the nut to lock it into place. Usage: I find it works reasonably well at holding a small iphone mount, but it doesn't grab the frame very tight, so it can still be bumped pretty easily. For my next iteration I plan to incorporate a clamp of some sort, but this clip is working fine for now. :)
