This device cleans an extruder's tip, featuring a brush mount and silicone spatula piece. A TIF image offers an exploded view along with bill of materials. The zip file contains Solidworks model parts, while the STL is of the base, requiring additional manufacturing aside from assembling the brush and spatula. It attaches to the Smart Dump Box, which detects extrusion (design forthcoming). Start by positioning the nozzle above the detector, running the motor until extrusion confirms, then clean the tip using the Tip Cleaner Assembly before proceeding with the print job.
