MakerFarm i3v Z rod support - Improved

This improves on kkessler's Z axis protectors by adjusting various dimensioning such as hole spacing and hole sizes, allowing for a corner radius that better matches the MakerFarm style, and by providing additional options regarding use of a bearing. Only a single support bracket design is provided that is intended to be used on both Z axis threaded rods. I don't plan to provide a version that includes mounting provisions for the MakerFarm top-side spool mount. The openSCAD file allows many parameters for the support bracket to be customized. Three predefined STL files are included. File Zrod_support_bearing_none.stl has no recess for a bearing. File Zrod_support_bearing_top.stl has a recess for a 625 bearing (same as on the V-rail wheels) on what will be the upper side of the support. File Zrod_support_bearing_bottom.stl has a recess for a 625 bearing on what will be the lower side of the support. FYI - The knob shown in the gallery picture is Grainger #3GFJ3. Instructions Zrod_support_bearing_none.stl will have two 5mm diameter holes. Zrod_support_bearing_top.stl includes a recess for a 5x16x5mm 625 type bearing on the upper side of the support bracket. This file needs to be sliced with support enabled so that the bearing recess will print properly. Zrod_support_bearing_bottom.stl includes a recess for a 625 bearing on the lower side of the installed support bracket. Support is not needed to print this file. Zrod_support.scad is the openSCAD source for the file. Numerous factors are tailorable for custom dimensioning or different bearings. The same support bracket is intended to be used on both threaded rods. The i3v threaded rods should rotate without wobbling before these are installed. These are intended to help prevent the threaded rods from getting bent, not for straightening already bent rods. It is best to check for proper fit and alignment with the i3v x-carriage raised up as high as it will go. Use of at least 20% infill to provide strength for the M5 v-rail mounting bolt is suggested. Replacement of the stock M5x12 screws on the top side of the vertical v-rails is recommended. M5x16 screws work well.
