Update: I was finally able to install this on my printer. It looks like everything lines up and works correctly. I've uploaded new .scad and .stl files however, there isn't anything significantly different in them. The changes were all attribution in the code. Enjoy! This is based on Zennmaster's i3 mounting bracket with mods to support the i3v. Tested with my MakerFarm Prusa i3v 8". Everything seems to line up and work correctly. This features a slot to fit the servo cord through as well as cut-out to hold m2.5 nuts if you wish to screw in your servo motor. These can both be disabled in the .scad file if desired. Instructions To modify the features make changes to the .scad file and generate the slt using OpenSCAD. You will also need the Z-probe holder by Zennmaster, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:167430, to complete the auto-bed leveling set.
