Please Note: This Project is still in development, I will update it as soon as possible. Thank you for being patient! --- #Welcome to my project to bring the Makergear M2 up-to-date with the Duet WiFi / Duet Ethernet --- ###Here you'll find what you need to do your own upgrade on your M2, based on several parts listed below. --- ####Part One: Adapter Rails; so your Duet takes the place of the RAMBo Board Print both adapter rails. These rails fit over old mounting points that the RAMBo board used. Save four screws that attached the RAMBo to the M2 frame and use those to screw down the printed adapter rails. The rail with an indent goes on the right side to avoid a protrusion blocking the rail. Use four 8mm M3 screws to secure your Duet to the printed adapter rails. The M3 screws should just thread into plastic of the adapter rails. Current revision 1.1 - Report any issues with mounting. ####Part Two: Protective Cover; so crap doesn't fall onto your Duet Design in progress ####Part Three: Duet Board Cooling Fan; gotta keep stepper drivers cool. Design in progress ####Part Four: Maybe more to come in the future --- #####I'd be happy to help you set up and wire your Duet, but I can only do that for so many people. Please don't ask me for help with these tasks. Instead, I recommend checking out the Duet Wiki here: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/ and the Duet forum here: https://forum.duet3d.com/categories. Those two links are full of excellent information to get you going.
