MakerGear M2 faceplate

MakerGear M2 faceplate

thingiverse

A decorative faceplate for the MakerGear M2. Faceplate clips to the front of the M2 frame and holds itself in place. The MakerGear logo is presumed to be a trademark of MakerGear, Inc., http://www.makergear.com. Instructions The faceplate works best when printed in a tough but somewhat flexible plastic like ABS or PET. The clips are probably too brittle for PLA. Some support is recommended under the curved edge; the clips can print with or without support. Files include the OpenSCAD source and the DXF files that it depends on. DXF files were generated using Inkscape and the technique described by polymaker in thing:14221.
