This part should work on the Taz 3 and 4 with no issue. I have not checked on it for the Taz 5 or 6. The Makergeeks all metal hotend is significantly shorter than the stock Buddaschnozzle, necessitating a change to the Z axis limit switch setup. This adapter lowers the hotend and extruder to compensate. Update: Added 6mm stepped version to keep the top of the hotend flush with the bottom of the extruder. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Plus Rafts: No Resolution: any Infill: more than 20% Notes: ABS recommended. PLA will probably work, if you use the hotend fan.
