MakeRoll - BQ Mod

This little project of mine is basically a "modification" to be able to use the BQ reels, on the MakeRoll designed by Maurino Web and Marco Spaccialbelli that you can find at this address https://github.com/3dingegno/MakeRoll. As you can see from the picture the BQ coils have a different diameter between right and left, plus the part with the smallest diameter has some slots to keep the wire secure when the coil is placed. This makes it very hard to use these coils on any roller with bearings or rollers. My little mod solves this problem and lets you use all the features of the MakeRoll with BQ coils. Update 03/23/2018: I added more support to fix the issue about the embossing on the reels.
