This is a clip that securely fits onto a Makita LXT Battery Pack. Slide 2 plates into the 1mm slots and attach wires. You can now use your LXT Batteries to power anything. My first printing had some mistakes that required some sanding and sawing to fix. I believe I've corrected them, however I haven't tried printing this new file. If it doesn't fit perfect, let me know what was wrong and I'll adjust. It fits very securely and is quite strong. Instructions I used calipers to measure a battery pack, and made this using openscad to fit. The first printing required some adjustments (why you can see the honey comb. This was printed with PLA, some support material on the overhangs, and 3 layers on the top bottom and sides. I cut two pieces of copper to fit in the slots, and used a powerful soldering iron to solder heavy gauge wire to the plates. It works great! I use it to power my Worx Weed Whacker whose battery died. I also have a LXT battery that the charger has deemed is dead that I repaired. I slow charge it using this adapter and the Worx battery charger.
