These wheels should be much cheaper to make and more practical than the Dolly Trolley as you can lift the whole stack of cases and the wheels will stay on the stack. I have a stack of 4 cases and it rolls without any problem, I would not recommend having much more than that for the stability of the overall stack.

You can find the required (11£) DSL wheels here. They are very sturdy, have brakes and come with all of the necessary fasteners. I also used M6 inserts and washers as you can see on the picture.

The wheels are meant to be used with x4 Makpac clips which you can also print, I have made a file available here.

This attachment is in 4 parts, 2 symmetrical front parts and 2 symmetrical back parts due to the geometry of the Makpac boxes. There is a fairly wide tolerance that is intentional within the file, considering the direction in which the file is printed. The goal is not to have the part break whenever the stack is moved around abruptly. I recommend using PETG for added stiffness.
