This is a case for the Malahit DSP clone. Look carefully at the PCB photo, this PCB is the 4 layer version with a shield on the receiver section. The tuning knob is at the bottom. Please do not attempt to modify your Malahit PCB if you don't think you have the skill to do so. Ask another person you may know to help. The case has been designed for what I had in mind. It has room for a 6000mA battery. A USB panel extension cable was purchased from Aliexpress. A 3.5mm stereo socket and a momentary press button. The encoders were removed and replaced with headers, The on board 3.5mm socket was removed and replaced by another header. Two wires were soldered across the power switch to another header. I made some PCB to common up the wiring for the encoders, power switch and 3.5mm audio socket. I used a Prusa MRK3s The filament I used for the case was PetG, the knobs are printed in TPU. The front is printed face down, some support is needed for the holes. The back and battery holder needs not support. The knobs may need supports depending how well your printer bridges. There are two styles of knobs, one type has two tone colour effect the other has a the grip and end caps combined. Both types of knobs have an inside body that slide on the shaft, I used a donor potentiometer shaft to make the knurling on the inside of the shaft. The two tone knobs has the main body and cap glued together. The TPU grips slide on. The other style of knob has full TPU grip that slide over the inside body. Note the finger indent on the tuning knob (VFO) lines up with the indent on the inside body. You will have to relocate the volume and tuning encoders to the side of the case. I'm not sure what your soldering rework skills are but don't attempt this if your not confident. The case was lined with copper tape that is used in electric guitars, again Aliexpress. The PCB sits on the copper tape, the receive shield is also taped to the sides. The battery holder has copper tape put on the under side. This part has 3 functions. 1 Holds down the PCB to the front 2 Acts as more shielding. 3 A battery support (double sided tape). The back cover will hold this all in place. You could use ABS or PLA, its up to you. Have fun!
