Malibu Sportster Gas Cap

Lost the black plastic gas cap for my Malibu Sportster Ski Boat and they do not make replacement caps anymore. Decided to print a replacement rather than replace the filler neck and matching gas cap. This gas cap was made in Tinkercad based on measurements of the filler neck. The original cap is gone so cannot measure that. Printed the replacement gas cap with carbon fiber PETG to handle the gasoline fumes. Picture is the new gas cap in use. If you are unfortunate enough to lose your black plastic gas cap, you can try to print this and see if it works for you. Update: Increase outer diameter to 91mm. Also Divided the cap into pieces so that it can be printed as parts and glued together. Top with alignment pin and threads so you can print each piece flat (supports on the inside of the top) and then glue the pieces together.
