(Originally Uploaded to Thingiverse May 28, 2020)

This case is designed for the Maltronics Malduino Elite; a BadUSB device that works similarly to Hak5's USB Rubber Ducky. The main physical difference in design is that the Malduino Elite has a DIP switch on the PCB, allowing to use 16 different Ducky Scripts.

This case is a "Snap Together" design, in that once the Malduino is indexed in the DIP switch port, simply snap the bottom casing to the top. No screws, nor any adhesive is required for assembly. There is very little wiggle room, around .2mm of clearance in the CAD model, possibly .3mm irl.

The port in the rear of the case allows for easy insertion and removal of the needed MicroSD card. The port on the top casing allows for a flush fit of the DIP switch.

The case dimensions are: 3.6cm x 2.3cm x .8cm.

Maltronics Malduino Elite: https://maltronics.com/collections/malduinos/products/malduino-elite

Print instructions

Print Settings:

Material: PLA
Extruder: 206C
Bed: 54C
First Layer Print Height: .24mm
Standard Layer Height: .2mm
Wall Thickness: .40
Wall Perimeters: 3
Infill: 15%
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
Material Flow: 100%
