Malyan M150 Firmware Update (Marlin 1.1.7)

<b>UPDATED 2017-12-20: Now includes a working 1.1.7 binary, as well as the older releases previously published here.</b> Wanted to update the firmware on my stock Malyan M150, only to find lots of online commentary, but no binaries.
