Malyan M180 Dual Fan Blower

This dual fan blower is a remix of a popular design by Acefx and incorporates some new features. Four small slots on the underside of the duct are provided for insertion of M3 nuts. Hexagon pockets on the top edge of the duct locate M3 nuts for the top fan screws. There is sufficient clearance between the top row of M3 nuts and the extruder fan grills for removal of the extruder assembly. There is a spare 12V fan lead located inside the printer enclosure. I routed this back inside the base of the printer and up through the black plastic cable protector that connects with the extruder assembly. I used JST connectors to the blower fans to allow disconnection when removing the extruder assembly from its carriage. It's designed to be used with two 40x40mm fans. If you are using the covers supplied by Malyansys then it may be necessary to reduce the y-axis movement in your starting script to avoid fan interference with the front cover (a few millimeters). This part was designed and tested in conjunction with my LED light bar (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1394750) and the mounting profile is exactly the same.
