The windows in the standard set of covers supplied by Malyansys have a tendency to sit open during printing. I got tired of taping them shut so designed this lock to fit into the 20mm window holes. It serves the dual purpose of keeping the windows shut and reducing drafts while printing ABS. It's a two-piece design, held together by a self-tapping screw (of your choice). Just drill the small diameter hole to fit your screw thread. Print Settings Printer: Malyan M180 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed in Esun purple ABS using blue painters tape on bed. Extruders 230deg, bed 110deg. Layer height 0.2mm, 20% infill, supports.
