This X-carriage for the M180 was designed to make it possible to use the Flexion double extruder without having to make changes to the original X-carriage. There are 2 versions one for 17 mm radial bearings, that's on the printer, and one for 24 mm bearings. With the Flexion extruder and 24 mm linear bearings the M180 really gives good print results. If you find my design useful please give me a TIP Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: atleast 80% - 100% Notes: There are few places that need infill, but where it is needed it will do good with a high infill. Post-Printing You might have to extend the holes with 3.5 mm drill.
