MAME remote control

MAME remote control

I wanted a set of wireless arcade controls for playing MAME. I intend to use this with a raspberry pi connected to any HDMI input. I don't have the pi in this controller. Just an arduino compatible board with bluetooth le onboard to connect wirelessly as an HID keyboard for the pi. You may note that my photo above has a plate around the buttons. I didn't have that part quite correct originally and made the patch plate to fix it. The models included here will correctly fit the Sanwa 20mm buttons directly. My unit was built using an Adafruit Feather 32u4 Bluefruit LE as the brain, 6 Sanwa OBSF-30-K buttons, 4 Sanwa SDM-20 buttons, a Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT joystick, and a standard 14mm USB type b socket. The 32u4 has usb charging and the ability to run off of a small lipo battery. Software I'm using: https://github.com/albinger/MAMEKeyboard
