Mandel Max simple filament holder

During the construction of our second printer, we identified the need for a simple yet robust filament holder that wouldn't easily get jammed. We decided to design a system featuring two bearings and an axis inserted through the center of the filament reel. A minimal attachment piece was then required to secure it in place using one of the aluminum profiles. Our model creator framework, JavaSCAD, was used to generate the necessary designs. As these models are parametric on the Java side, you can easily modify them to accommodate any reel inner diameter. The accompanying file is specifically tailored for a reel with an inner diameter of 51mm.
