This little adapter locks in this inexpensive adjustable Arca-Swiss plate adapter to a Manfrotto standard base plate. This one is from a Moza Air 2 gimbal. I had issues with the 3/8" screw loosening over time and the camera twisting in place. This little piece does the trick. To install, slide between the opening and twist at the 3/8" or 1/4" screw-in point.
