Manfrotto MKC3-H01 Camera Tripod Attachment Plate

The Manfrotto MKC3-H01 camera tripod uses a non-standard attachment plate to mate the camera with the stand. Rather than replace an otherwise fantastic camera tripod, or pay the $25 for a replacement plate, this piece was designed. This is the attachment plate only. The wingnut, washer collar, alignment pin and spring were taken from a cheap, more standard attachment plate. You can add a few layers of duct tape (or cork tape), trimmed to size on the top of the plate, where the camera mates to the plate for more friction. If your camera has an alignment hole, the pin will hold it in place and the tape is not necessary. It works great, and saves quite a bit of money over purchasing a replacement. I have printed two and use them both regularly. I know this may not be a piece that most people will need or use, but just in case I thought I'd upload it.
