Manfrotto Modo 785B Tripod Cam Lock Lever

I picked up a Manfrotto 785B tripod from a charity shop recently for $5 :) Unfortunately, it had one broken cam lever :( It appears from a little research that the cam *locks* are generally the part that fails, but I thought I'd share this anyway in case someone else could use it. I modelled the replacement based on the 3rd lever from the bottom. The lever *may* also work for the other sections of the tripod, as they just appear to lengthen as they go from bottom to top. The business end is probably the same for all of them.
