My rotary came with a broken wheel mount, so I made my own from acrylic. MDF or plywood would work fine too. I have some washers added to the drawing, they were helpful to use under the thumb nuts to make them easier to reach. You will also need another hammerhead bolt to use since the original printed part only has one bolt.
