Cruisers are the firepower of any Fleet Group. Equipped with both a variety of laser missile and projectile weapons. The point defence system consists of two varieties of weapons, both of which have a multitude of fireoptions. The first one being the projectile PDF shield, that takes care of threats close up with its split, flak, and normal projectiles. The lasers are efficient at long range protection, their main goal is to strike down the threats that become to overwhelming to handle up close before they arrive. Its main weapon batteries consists of 8 Heavy pulse laser turrets, and 2 super heavy. Its also equipped with 4 super heavy lasers up front. The Cruiser has a variety of utility drones it launches form its hangar bay. The majority of drones are patchers, and PDF drones. The patchers job is to fix the damage that is too dangerous for normal crew personnel to get close too, while the PDF drone simply act in a mobile point defence role.
