Many investments are made for maintaining hygiene in footpaths, streets, railway platforms etc. these days and various equipment are used for this purpose. Electrically operated costly machines are available and are used some times. The proposed ‘Manually Driven Cleaning Machine’ serves the same purpose with greatly reduced initial as well as operating cost. The operator is only needed to push the machine forward to move it. The equipment cleans the floor and collects the dust in the dust collector.
