Map board for bike adventure racing

This is a map holder/map board that you can mount to your bike for adventure racing or orienteering. Other boards I've seen either don't have rotatable boards or require you to tighten screws or other fasteners to lock down the board in the desired orientation, but I wanted a solution that I could rotate to where I wanted it and not have to spend time locking it down in that orientation. This design is the result. The two main parts have teeth that interlock to prevent rotation, but due to only being held together by a spring, you can still fairly easily rotate the board to force the interlocking parts apart and into the next locking position (45 degree increments). It's surprisingly satisfying to do :) The board is printed and has four pegs sticking out of the back to wrap rubber bands around to hold maps/other contents onto the board, but you could easily use something else for a board as long as it has holes at the correct spacing for the bolts to attach the board to the rest of the assembly. In fact, if you want some other rotatable thing that isn't a map board, go for it! The clamps to hold the assembly to the bike handlebars were taken from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4791067 and are mostly unedited. The only changes I made are to have them fit M5 nuts/bolts for the tightening screws instead of the parts that design mentions. That design calls for imperial sized nuts and bolts, but I found that M8 nuts and bolts worked just fine for attaching the clamps to the crossbar piece, and that's what I used. The assembly of the design should be fairly obvious/straightforward, but the "exploded" picture should show how everything fits together for all but the clamps. All nuts have holes that they are press fit into. For the clamps, I followed the original design's instructions and used two layers of electrical tap on the inside of the clamps to add friction to better prevent the clamp from rotating/slipping. The 2 knobs mentioned in the parts list below should go on the two M5x40 bolts used to tighten the handlebar clamps. Parts to print: (1) zigzag_top (1) zigzag_bottom (1) cap (1) board (2) handlebar_clamp (2) your favorite M5 knob. I used some knobs with knurling I found 4-5 years ago as part of another design, but I can't remember where from, so I'm not posting the STL files here so I don't accidentally violate its license. Extra parts: (5) M5 nuts (3) M5x40 (2) M5x15 (2) M8x25 (2) M8 nuts (1) spring (15mm long, 10.5mm outer diameter, 8.3mm inner diameter). I got https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BL7RYQ27 and tried a bunch of different springs, eventually settling on one of the 1.1x10.5x15mm springs. 1.1 is the wire diameter in mm.
