Model of Croatia, on the underlying baseplate, with its elevations represented in detail. The elevations are of course exaggerated by about 12x, but vertical scaling can easily bring it down to real proportions. There is a lot of faces so give your slicer some time to process if you are going to print this. Made using a Python script I put together for a related project.
