This project is exactly the same as any Traditional maple syrup collection technique. It's the pioneer Canadian and Maritime sugar maple tree syrup collection techniques. Using a simple gravity induced spigot, you get maple syrup from tapping one of these into a sugar maple. this is done usually late February, early march until end of march.
