<p>There is a cast in place plastic nut holding this soldering iron in place. Mine has split in one place. This is a push fit collar to hold the nut tight. Print in the highest temperature material available…</p><p>Don't push on too tight. If you need to make this, you probably need a new iron - it will deform over time and fail again.</p>
