Mapping Tool - BCN It is a multipurpose kit for the gathering, processing and data visualization in the old fashion way. Instructions It´s simply, download the file, open it at your graphic program, and send it to your laser cutter. Just remenber, in the dxf file you will find 4 layer, called: Streets, Neighborhood, Districs, and Contour. The layers Streets, Neighborhood, and Districs are for being engraved; and the layer Contour is for being cutted on the cork. You will also find a layer called Caps, and this one is for cutting the mdf. You will get two big circles and two small circles, using glue, stick one big and one small, and this pieces are going to work as caps for the cardboard tube. Materials Cork sheet of 915mm. x 610mm. x 5mm. Mdf sheet of 300mm. x 300mm. Transparent mica sheet of 610mm. x 800mm. Cardboard tube with an inner diameter of 100mm Glue Markers, tacks, ropes, ect.
