Maraca

Maraca

thingiverse

Instead of a dried gourd, this maraca is made of plastic and filled with reject printed beads. But really anything can be used (though the failed snap beads have a nice sound). Instructions Printed using 0% fill and 4 shells. In retrospect I should've used at least ten shells. At the print size (223mm long) there was plenty of room to add beads during the print, but it was even easier by printing two simultaneously. A better design would be double walled rather than printing without fill. And taking greater care to have a slight peak at the top to improve the print result.
