This is remixed from an existing file for printing in multiple colors in separate prints. This wasn't designed for dual-extrusion. You may have to play with the scaling a little bit depending on your printer's tolerances. I found that all the pieces worked for me except the wheel inner parts (shown in gold on the image). I had to scale those down to 97%.
