Mark Gisi Style Resin Casting Mold For Custom/Bespoke/kitless Pens

This is a mold I designed for custom/bespoke/kitless pen makers who like to make segmented pen blanks but don't want to spend the time required to make them by cutting individual pieces. This design is for the mold that you fill the cells with different colored casting resins to achieve the look of a segmented pen. I made my mold with interior walls that are higher and go all the way to the top so you don't to fill them to the brim which usually means spilling the resin from overflows. I made this mold with solid walls and 100% infill so you can use these molds with Alumilite and other resins that heat during curing without distorting the mold like previous versions of printed molds do. I also made the mold with uniformed angles for better appearance in the finished pen.
