Mark V was first introduced in 1918 during the Battle of Hamel. It served in the White Russian Army during Russian Civil War. The last known use of the Mk V tanks in battle was by units of the Red Army during the defence of Tallinn against German forces in August 1941. There are several pictures showing badly damaged Mk V after battle of Berlin though its not clear yet if they were participating in Battle of Berlin (http://beutepanzer.ru/Beutepanzer/uk/MK_V/MK_V_12.jpeg). I used Blender for modelling, texture were also made in Blender through Cycles then baked. I also used Normal Map Combiner, NormalMap-Online and GIMP. Here is render from Blender:
