This is a replacement top for a 12 foot market umbrella. The original top was wooden and eventually disintegrated after 10 years. I have a 12 foot market umbrella that is made from teak and the top disintegrated after about 10 years of use. I split the design into two pieces to allow for easy printing. This item takes about 24 hours to print. I acetone vapour bathed the item prior to installing. Works perfectly. Instructions used two parts to design to eliminate support structure requirement used 3mm ABS plastic initial bed temperature 110C after four layers then dropped to 100C first four layers are solid all walls are four layers thick infill is 35% temperature is a issue during printing - keep part warm. acetone vapour bath after completion part will take over 24 hours to print - uses about 40m of filament
