Marlin 2.0.0 for Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus w/ SKR 1.3 and TMC2130 or TMC2209

This is my Marlin bugfix-2.0.0 setup for an Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus printer. Details: - 32-bit BigtreeTech SKR 1.3 mainboard (replaces the Trigorilla 8-bit board) - 4 x TMC 2130 in SPI mode (X/Y/Z/E0) - Parts fan connected to E1, so it can be PWM controlled - Linear Advance enabled (be sure to calibrate K and set it in Cura) - Acceleration and speed tweaked to eliminate printer noise and improve behavior - etc... I included a snapshot of my config from 20 Oct 2019 which includes changes in original Marlin code up to 19 Oct 2019.
